1. Aims and Objectives of Preparing BoQ

2. Standard methods of measurements including SMM7, CESMM, MMHW, etc

3. Orthodox Taking off of Dimensions and entering description code from CESMM

4. Squaring off, abstracting and billing 

5. Steel reinforcement taking off

6. Tutorials using computer software (QSpro) and introduction to others

⭕️بنهاية الدورة التدريبية يتوقع من الدارس أن يكون قادرًا على:

1. Know Aims of Preparing BoQ.

2. Taking off dimensions using Anding-On techniques and entering appropriate descriptions with their codes from Civil Engineering (CE)SMM. 

3. Squaring off and abstracting quantities for BoQ items

4. Preparing the final BoQ in its logical order. 

5. Acquaint him/her self with CESMM using QSPro software and other computerized methods for BOQ.

Dr. Yousif has along experience in Preparing Bills of Quantities following Standard Methods of Measurements (SMM). He works at the University of Khartoum Consultancy Corporation (UKCC). He taught this course for more than 15 Years in various Training Centres in Khartoum.
